Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Bexio, Nimble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bexio and Nimble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bexio and Nimble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bexio and Nimble
Bexio + Nimble + Slack: When a new sales invoice is created in Bexio, the automation finds the corresponding contact in Nimble and updates it. A Slack notification is then sent to a specified channel with details about the new invoice and updated contact.
Nimble + Bexio + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created in Nimble, the automation searches for the contact in Bexio. The contact details from Nimble, along with any matching Bexio information, are then logged into a Google Sheet.
