Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bitbucket and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bitbucket and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Bitbucket and TimeCamp

Bitbucket + TimeCamp + Slack: When a new commit is made in Bitbucket, create a corresponding time entry in TimeCamp to track the time spent on the commit. Then, send a notification to a Slack channel informing the team about the new commit and the time entry.

TimeCamp + Bitbucket + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, fetch the associated project from Bitbucket (if project name matches repository name) and record the time entry details, including project name and time spent, in a Google Sheet for reporting.
