Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bitly and Zoho Desk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bitly and Zoho Desk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bitly and Zoho Desk
Bitly + Google Sheets + Zoho Desk: When a Bitly link receives a high number of clicks, indicating potential customer interest or issues, the number of clicks and the link will be added to a Google Sheet to track trends. If the click count exceeds a threshold, a Zoho Desk ticket will be created to investigate the cause of the traffic.
Zoho Desk + Bitly + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, the automation searches the ticket description for Bitly links. If a Bitly link is found, it expands the Bitly link to its original URL and posts the ticket details and expanded URL to a dedicated Slack channel for faster team review and response.
