Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Bitrix24, Okta, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bitrix24 and Okta integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bitrix24 and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Bitrix24 and Okta

Okta + Slack + Bitrix24: When a new user is created in Okta, a notification is sent to a specific channel in Slack, and the user is added to Bitrix24 as a lead.

Okta + Bitrix24 + Google Sheets: Automatically record user status changes from Okta and lead status changes from Bitrix24 in Google Sheets for compliance and auditing. The Okta trigger is set for new events, and the Bitrix24 trigger monitors new leads.
