Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Bland AI, Kintone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bland AI and Kintone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bland AI and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bland AI and Kintone
Bland AI + Kintone + Slack: When a new call is analyzed by Bland AI, the analysis results are used to update a record in Kintone. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel, alerting support staff about the updated Kintone record.
Kintone + Bland AI + Google Sheets: When a new record is added to Kintone, its data is used by Bland AI to generate AI content (using a predefined prompt). The generated content is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
