Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Blue, Launch27, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Blue and Launch27 integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Blue and Launch27 (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Blue and Launch27
Blue + Launch27 + Slack: When a project in Blue indicates low stock (via a Project Event trigger that can be configured to monitor stock levels), Launch27 schedules a cleaner to restock. Slack then sends a message to a specified channel, alerting the manager about the scheduled restocking.
Launch27 + Blue + QuickBooks: When a booking is created in Launch27 for a cleaning, the inventory in Blue is updated and an invoice is created in QuickBooks. This helps manage stock levels and billing based on completed cleaning services.
