Most powerful ways to connect Booqable and Open Weather

Booqable + Open Weather + Google Calendar: When a new order is placed in Booqable, the current weather forecast is retrieved from Open Weather. This forecast data is then added to the Google Calendar event associated with the rental delivery to provide staff with weather-related details.

Open Weather + Booqable + Slack: When Open Weather detects specific adverse weather conditions based on a set schedule, the automation checks Booqable for upcoming rentals that might be affected. If any rentals are found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel, alerting staff to potential equipment availability or outdoor event impacts.
