Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Booqable, Systeme IO, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Booqable and Systeme IO integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Booqable and Systeme IO (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Booqable and Systeme IO
Booqable + Google Sheets + Systeme IO: When a new order is placed in Booqable, the details are added to a Google Sheet for inventory tracking. The Systeme IO contact list is updated with customer information if the customer doesn't exist already or created if it's a new customer.
Systeme IO + Booqable + Slack: When a new contact is created in Systeme IO, the flow checks if that contact has an existing booking in Booqable. If they do, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel to notify the sales team.
