Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bouncer and GitLab integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bouncer and GitLab (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Bouncer and GitLab

Bouncer + GitLab + Slack: When a new commit is made, Bouncer verifies the committer's email address. If the email is flagged, a new issue is created in GitLab and a notification is sent to a Slack channel.

Bouncer + GitLab + Slack: When a new email is flagged by Bouncer, a GitLab issue is created to investigate the potential security risk. A Slack message is sent to the security team to inform them of the new issue.
