Create a New Scenario to Connect Bouncer and Google AppSheet
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Bouncer, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Bouncer or Google AppSheet will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Bouncer or Google AppSheet, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Bouncer, Google AppSheet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bouncer and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bouncer and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bouncer and Google AppSheet
Bouncer + Google AppSheet + Slack: This flow validates emails submitted to a Google AppSheet using Bouncer. If an email is invalid, the corresponding record in AppSheet is updated and a Slack message is sent to notify the team for correction.
Google AppSheet + Bouncer + Twilio: When a new entry is added to Google AppSheet, the email address is verified using Bouncer. If the email is invalid, an SMS message is sent via Twilio to request verification or correction of the email address.
