Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Bouncer, Vapi, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bouncer and Vapi integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bouncer and Vapi (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bouncer and Vapi
Bouncer + Vapi + Google Sheets: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, the email address in that row is validated using Bouncer. If the email is valid, Vapi is used to verify the email through phone verification. The verified email is then updated back into the Google Sheet.
Vapi + Bouncer + Slack: When Vapi fails to create an outbound phone call, Bouncer validates the phone number associated with the call. If Bouncer finds the number to be invalid, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to alert the team.
