Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Box, Phantombuster, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Box and Phantombuster integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Box and Phantombuster (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Box and Phantombuster
Box + Phantombuster + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Box, Phantombuster launches a phantom to scrape data related to the file. Once the data is scraped, a summary is posted to a designated Slack channel.
Phantombuster + Box + Email: Phantombuster scrapes data using a specified phantom. After scraping, the results are saved as a file in a designated Box folder, and an email containing the report is sent to stakeholders.
