Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Box and Soax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Box and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Box and Soax

Box + Soax + Slack: When a new file is added to Box, Soax checks the IP reputation of the uploader using a Google Search. If the IP is flagged as risky, a notification is sent to the security team in Slack.

Soax + Box + Google Sheets: Logs Soax IP reputation checks, initiated by Box file actions, along with linked Box file details in a Google Sheet for audit trails. This provides a comprehensive record of IP checks performed in relation to Box file uploads.
