After configuring Brilliant Directories, Circle, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Brilliant Directories and Circle integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Brilliant Directories and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Brilliant Directories + Circle + Slack: When a new user registers in Brilliant Directories, they are automatically added as a member in Circle. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the administrator of the new member.
Circle + Brilliant Directories + Google Sheets: When a new member joins a Circle space, their information is added to a Google Sheet. This sheet can then be used to update member directory listings on Brilliant Directories, assuming manual updating of BD listings.
