Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Browser Use, Okta, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Browser Use and Okta integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Browser Use and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Okta + Browser Use + Slack: When a new event is detected in Okta, such as a user login, the automation checks the browser details using Browser Use. If the browser is unknown (e.g., by searching the URL or browser name), a Slack alert is sent to the security team.
Okta + Browser Use + Google Sheets: Every time a new event occurs in Okta (e.g., user login), this automation retrieves browser details via Browser Use. The Okta event details and browser information are then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for auditing purposes.
