Depending on your setup, data should flow between Businessmap and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Discourse
Businessmap + Discourse + Slack: When a new card is created in Businessmap, a discussion topic is automatically created in Discourse. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the new topic.
Discourse + Businessmap + Jira: When a new topic is created in Discourse, a new card is created in Businessmap, and a Jira issue is created. This ensures new feature requests are tracked across platforms.
