Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Businessmap and Fauna integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Businessmap and Fauna (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Fauna
Businessmap + Fauna + Slack: When a card event occurs in Businessmap (e.g., card moved to 'Done'), the updated card data is sent to Fauna to update the project status. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, alerting the team about the project status change.
Fauna + Businessmap + Google Sheets: When a document representing a project is updated in Fauna, specifically when the project is marked as complete, the completion date and other relevant project details are extracted from Fauna. This data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
