Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Help Scout
Businessmap + Help Scout + Slack: When a card event occurs in Businessmap, specifically if it indicates a critical issue, create a new chat thread in Help Scout to address it. Subsequently, send a notification to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team about the newly created Help Scout thread, facilitating immediate attention.
Help Scout + Businessmap + Jira: When a new conversation is started in Help Scout, the flow checks if it is linked to a Businessmap project.
