Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Businessmap, Klaviyo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Businessmap and Klaviyo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Businessmap and Klaviyo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Klaviyo
Businessmap + Klaviyo + Slack: When a card in Businessmap reaches a specific milestone (defined by the 'Card Events Trigger'), the automation adds the associated client's email to a designated Klaviyo list. Subsequently, a notification is sent via Slack to inform the team about the milestone achievement and client addition.
Klaviyo + Businessmap + Google Sheets: Whenever a new profile is added to Klaviyo (e.g., a new subscriber), this automation creates a corresponding card for that subscriber on a Businessmap board, treating them as a potential lead. The subscriber's data is simultaneously logged as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
