Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Businessmap and Memberstack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Businessmap and Memberstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Memberstack
Memberstack + Businessmap + Slack: When a new member joins Memberstack, a card is created in Businessmap to track their onboarding process. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the new member and the created Businessmap card.
Memberstack + Google Sheets + Businessmap: When a new member signs up in Memberstack, their information is added to a Google Sheet to track signups. Afterwards, a task is created in Businessmap related to the project for the new member.
