Depending on your setup, data should flow between Businessmap and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Okta
Okta + Businessmap + Slack: When a new user is provisioned in Okta, a new card (representing a project) is created for them in Businessmap. Then, a welcome message is sent to the new user in Slack.
Okta + Businessmap + Google Sheets: This automation records every new user created in Okta and their associated project assignment in Businessmap. The Okta user creation event triggers a new row to be added in a Google Sheet, containing the user's details and the Businessmap project information.
