Depending on your setup, data should flow between Calendly and SpaceX (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Calendly and SpaceX

Calendly + Google Sheets + SpaceX: When a Calendly invitee is created, the information is added to a Google Sheet. This sheet is used to track potential astronaut candidates, and will include data from SpaceX's API to further evaluate candidates. The SpaceX part is speculative since there is no direct link with a candidate, but data about past missions could be added.

SpaceX + Calendly + Slack: After a successful SpaceX rocket launch is recorded via the 'New Launch' trigger, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel. This message prompts the team to schedule a Calendly meeting to discuss the launch results and next steps.
