Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Campaign Monitor and Basecamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Campaign Monitor and Basecamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Campaign Monitor and Basecamp

Campaign Monitor + Basecamp + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to Campaign Monitor, a task is created in Basecamp. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the marketing team about the new subscriber and the created task.

Basecamp + Campaign Monitor + Google Sheets: When a new card (task) is added in Basecamp, the automation finds and updates the subscriber in a Campaign Monitor list, and logs the task details in a Google Sheet row.
