Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Campaign Monitor and Deepgram integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Campaign Monitor and Deepgram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Campaign Monitor and Deepgram

Campaign Monitor + Deepgram + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to Campaign Monitor, their contact information is used to look up any associated phone calls. Deepgram transcribes these calls, and a summary of the call is sent to a dedicated Slack channel.

Deepgram + Campaign Monitor + Google Sheets: When a prerecorded audio file is transcribed by Deepgram, the transcript is analyzed. Customer profiles in Campaign Monitor are updated based on sentiment from the call, and overall trends are logged in a Google Sheet.
