Create a New Scenario to Connect Campaign Monitor and Deepgram
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step

Click on the Campaign Monitor node to configure it. You can modify the Campaign Monitor URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Deepgram Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Campaign Monitor node, select Deepgram from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Deepgram.

Authenticate Deepgram
Now, click the Deepgram node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Deepgram settings. Authentication allows you to use Deepgram through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Campaign Monitor, Deepgram, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Campaign Monitor and Deepgram integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Campaign Monitor and Deepgram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Campaign Monitor + Deepgram + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to Campaign Monitor, their contact information is used to look up any associated phone calls. Deepgram transcribes these calls, and a summary of the call is sent to a dedicated Slack channel.
Deepgram + Campaign Monitor + Google Sheets: When a prerecorded audio file is transcribed by Deepgram, the transcript is analyzed. Customer profiles in Campaign Monitor are updated based on sentiment from the call, and overall trends are logged in a Google Sheet.
