Campaign Monitor + Zendesk + Slack: When a new bounce event occurs in Campaign Monitor, a Zendesk ticket is created to track and resolve the issue. The marketing team is then notified via a Slack channel message.
Zendesk + Campaign Monitor + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, specifically when its status changes, the corresponding customer's email list in Campaign Monitor is updated based on ticket resolution.
