Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canny and ConvertAPI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canny and ConvertAPI
Canny + ConvertAPI + Slack: When a post's status changes to 'Planned' in Canny, ConvertAPI converts a linked design document to PDF, and then Slack sends a message to a specified channel with a link to the converted file.
Canny + ConvertAPI + Airtable: When a new comment is added in Canny, ConvertAPI analyzes its sentiment. The comment text and sentiment score are then saved as a new record in Airtable for feedback tracking and reporting.
