Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canny, Feedly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canny and Feedly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canny and Feedly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canny and Feedly
Feedly + Canny + Slack: When new articles are found in a specified Feedly feed, the flow searches for related feature requests in Canny. If a corresponding post is found, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel, notifying the team about the article and linking to the feature request for discussion.
Feedly + Google Sheets + Canny: This workflow monitors a Feedly feed for articles mentioning competitor features. When a relevant article is found, its details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. Subsequently, this data is used to create a new feature suggestion in Canny.
