Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and Clockify
Canva + Clockify + Slack: When a new design is created, a timer starts in Clockify to track the time spent on the design. Once the design is approved, the timer is stopped, and a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the marketing team about the approved design and logged time.
Clockify + Canva + Google Sheets: Track design time in Clockify. When the timer stops, create a Canva report summarizing the design work, and then store the design metrics (time spent, task details) in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
