In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Canva, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Canva or ConvertKit will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Canva or ConvertKit, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, ConvertKit, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and ConvertKit integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and ConvertKit (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and ConvertKit
ConvertKit + Canva + Facebook Pages: When a new subscriber is added to a ConvertKit form, use Canva to export a design as an image and then create a post on a Facebook Page with the image.
ConvertKit + Google Sheets + Canva: When a new subscriber is added to ConvertKit, their data is added to a Google Sheet. A Canva image is then created (or an existing one updated) with personalized welcome message, but image creation/update requires more details than provided, therefore this part is not possible. Only the first part (subscriber data to Google Sheets) will be finalized.
