In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, Discourse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and Discourse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and Discourse
Canva + Discourse + Slack: When a new Canva design is created, it will be exported and a new topic will be created in Discourse with the design. A Slack message will be sent to a channel to notify users of the new Discourse topic.
Discourse + Google Drive + Canva: When a new topic is created in Discourse, the content of the topic will be saved as a text file to a Google Drive folder. A Canva image will then be created using the topic title.
