Save and Activate the Scenario

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Canva and PagerDuty

Canva + PagerDuty + Slack: When a specific critical marketing asset is updated in Canva, check if it's available. If unavailable, trigger a PagerDuty incident to alert the design team and notify stakeholders in a dedicated Slack channel about the unavailability.

PagerDuty + Canva + Google Drive: When a new incident is created in PagerDuty, the on-call engineer can use a Slack command to request a specific visual aid from Canva. The requested design is then exported from Canva and stored in a designated Google Drive folder for incident documentation.
