Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, Telegram, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and Telegram integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and Telegram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and Telegram
Canva + Google Drive + Telegram: When a new design is created in Canva, it's automatically exported and uploaded to a specific folder in Google Drive. A preview of the design, along with a link to the Google Drive file, is then sent to a designated Telegram group.
Telegram + Airtable + Canva: When new members join a Telegram group, their data is saved to an Airtable base. This data is then used to automatically generate profile cards for each member within Canva, allowing for quick visual representations of the group's composition.
