Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and Webflow
Canva + Airtable + Webflow: When a new image is uploaded to Canva, the image details are stored in Airtable. When the Airtable record is created, it triggers an update of the corresponding image within a Webflow collection item, dynamically updating the website.
Webflow + Canva + Google Drive: When a new collection item is created in Webflow, a promotional graphic is automatically generated in Canva using data from the new item. The generated graphic is then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive.
