How to connect Canva and WooCommerce
Create a New Scenario to Connect Canva and WooCommerce
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Canva, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Canva or WooCommerce will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Canva or WooCommerce, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Canva Node
Select the Canva node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, WooCommerce, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and WooCommerce integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and WooCommerce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and WooCommerce
WooCommerce + Canva + Slack: When a new order is placed in WooCommerce, a promotional graphic is automatically generated in Canva using product details from the order. This graphic is then posted to a designated Slack channel to announce the sale and promote the product.
WooCommerce + Canva + Mailchimp: When a new product is created in WooCommerce, a marketing email is automatically created in Mailchimp using a Canva design featuring the product. This email is then sent to a specified audience to promote the new product.
