Create a New Scenario to Connect Canva and YouTube
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step

To do this, click "Choose an app," find Canva or YouTube, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, YouTube, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and YouTube integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and YouTube (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and YouTube
Canva + Google Drive + YouTube: When a new design is created in Canva, it's automatically exported and saved to a specific folder in Google Drive. This image can then be used as a thumbnail for a YouTube video by uploading it to the YouTube channel.
YouTube + Canva + Facebook: When a new video is uploaded to YouTube, automatically creates a promotional graphic in Canva using data from the YouTube video (title, description). This graphic is used for a Facebook post.
