Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Caption AI, Docparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caption AI and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Docparser
Docparser + Caption AI + Google Drive: When a document is parsed by Docparser, it triggers the generation of a caption using Caption AI. Both the extracted data and the generated caption are then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive for easy access.
Docparser + Caption AI + Airtable: When an invoice is parsed by Docparser, Caption AI generates a social media caption based on the extracted data. The extracted data and the generated caption are then stored as a new record in Airtable.
