Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caption AI and Google docs integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Google docs (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Google docs

Google Docs + Caption AI + Slack: When a new document is created in Google Docs, its content is sent to Caption AI for summarization. The generated summary is then posted to a specified Slack channel.

Google Drive + Caption AI + Google Drive: When a new file is added to Google Drive, it triggers Caption AI to generate a summary. The original file and the generated summary text file are then stored together in Google Drive.
