Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Google Groups (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Google Groups
Caption AI + Google Groups + Slack: When a new AI-generated video caption is ready, it is posted to a designated Google Group. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a specific Slack channel, informing members about the new caption.
Google Groups + Caption AI + Google Docs: Upon a new message being posted to a monitored Google Group, the message is appended to a specified Google Docs document. The message can be summarized using AI, but that functionality is not available with the given actions.
