Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caption AI and Google slides integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Google slides (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Google slides

Google Slides + Caption AI + Slack: When a new presentation is created in Google Slides, Caption AI submits a video generation request. Once the video is generated, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team.

Google Slides + Caption AI + Google Docs: When a new presentation is created in Google Slides, the slide content is extracted, and Caption AI is used to enhance the content. A new Google Docs document is then created with the enhanced content as speaker notes.
