Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Caption AI and Microsoft Teams integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Microsoft Teams (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
YouTube + Caption AI + Microsoft Teams: When a new video is uploaded to a specified YouTube channel, Caption AI automatically generates subtitles. The generated subtitles' status is checked, and upon completion, a notification is sent to a designated Microsoft Teams channel with a link to the video and the generated captions.
Caption AI + Google Drive + Microsoft Teams: When a video generation request is completed in Caption AI, the generated video is uploaded to a specific folder in Google Drive. A notification is then sent to a Microsoft Teams channel, informing the team that the video has been generated and uploaded.
