Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Salesforce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Salesforce
Caption AI + Salesforce + Slack: When a new video is submitted to Caption AI for processing, the automation checks its status. Once the transcription and summarization are complete, the summary is added as an attachment to a specified record in Salesforce, and a notification with the summary is sent to a dedicated Slack channel.
Google Calendar + Caption AI + Google Calendar: When a new event is added to Google Calendar, the automation uses Caption AI to submit a request for video generation (assuming meeting recording is uploaded). Then, it checks the status of the video generation. Once complete, the video is attached to the original Google Calendar event.
