Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Caption AI, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caption AI and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and TimeCamp
Caption AI + TimeCamp + Slack: When a video generation request is completed in Caption AI, a time entry is created in TimeCamp for tracking project time. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel to notify the team about the completed video and time spent.
TimeCamp + Caption AI + Google Drive: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, the workflow submits a video generation request to Caption AI. Once the captions are generated, they are saved as a new file in a specified Google Drive folder.
