How to connect Caption AI and Webflow
Create a New Scenario to Connect Caption AI and Webflow
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Caption AI, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Caption AI or Webflow will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Caption AI or Webflow, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Caption AI Node
Select the Caption AI node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Caption AI, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caption AI and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Webflow
Webflow + Caption AI + Slack: When a new collection item is created in Webflow, a video generation request is submitted to Caption AI. Once the video generation status is checked and complete (Note: checking status is outside of the scope), a message with the video link and auto-generated caption is sent to a Slack channel for team review.
Webflow + Caption AI + Discord bot: When a new collection item is created in Webflow, a video generation request is submitted to Caption AI.
