Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, Cloze, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Captions and Cloze integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Cloze (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Cloze
Captions + Cloze + Google Sheets: When a video ad is generated in Captions, log the details in Google Sheets. If a Cloze contact engages with the ad, update the corresponding row in Google Sheets to reflect the engagement.
Cloze + Captions + Slack: When a contact changes jobs in Cloze, use Captions to find their LinkedIn profile based on their name or company. Then, send a notification to a designated Slack channel with the contact's updated information and LinkedIn profile link, if found.
