Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, ConvertKit, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Captions and ConvertKit integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and ConvertKit (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and ConvertKit
Captions + ConvertKit + Instagram for Business: When a video generation request is completed in Captions, the generated caption is used to create a new post on Instagram for Business. Simultaneously, the same caption is used to send a promotional email to ConvertKit subscribers.
ConvertKit + Captions + OpenAI GPT Assistants: When a new subscriber is added in ConvertKit, a message is sent to OpenAI GPT Assistants to generate email subject lines and social media posts based on transcriptions created using Captions.
