Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Etsy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Etsy
Captions + Etsy + Google Sheets: When a new transaction occurs on Etsy, Captions checks the status of the video generation request (presumably linked to the product). Then, Google Sheets logs relevant caption metrics in a spreadsheet for performance tracking.
Etsy + Captions + Slack: When a new listing is created on Etsy, Captions is used to generate a video for that listing. Once the video generation request has been submitted, a notification is sent to Slack to ensure the new listing and its video are reviewed.
