Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and FreshBooks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and FreshBooks
Captions + FreshBooks + Slack: When a video caption is approved (simulated by checking the status of the video generation request), an invoice is created in FreshBooks for the client. A Slack notification is sent to the appropriate channel to inform the team.
FreshBooks + Google Sheets + Captions: When a new invoice is created in FreshBooks, the invoice details are logged in a Google Sheet. Captions are then generated based on the invoice data for marketing purposes.
