Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and Magento (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Captions and Magento

Captions + Google Sheets + Magento: Monitor the performance of AI-generated video captions. When a video generation request is completed in Captions, its status is checked, and key metrics are then added to a Google Sheet. Product descriptions in Magento can then be updated based on these metrics.

Magento + Captions + Slack: When a new product is added to Magento, use AI to generate engaging captions for it using Captions. Then, automatically share the generated caption with the marketing team in Slack.
