Create a New Scenario to Connect Captions and MySQL
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step

Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Captions, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Captions or MySQL will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Captions or MySQL, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the Captions Node
Select the Captions node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, MySQL, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Captions and MySQL integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and MySQL (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Captions + MySQL + Slack: When a video's captions are generated, the data, including the video ID and caption text, are saved to a MySQL database. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform reviewers that the captions are ready for review.
MySQL + Captions + Google Drive: When a new or updated row is detected in MySQL containing video IDs, the video ID is used in Captions to fetch the corresponding captions. The original captions are then backed up to a specified folder in Google Drive.
