Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Captions, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Captions and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Captions and NetSuite
NetSuite + Captions + Slack: When new product information is created in NetSuite, it triggers a video generation request in Captions. Once the video is generated, a message with the video link is posted to a designated Slack channel.
NetSuite + Captions + Google Drive: When a sales deal is closed in NetSuite, the corresponding video captions are retrieved from Captions. These captions are then stored as a text file in a specified Google Drive folder.
